"During his presidential campaign Dmitry Medvedev proposed to the voters the 'Four I's' model: institutions, infrastructure, innovations and investment - four components which are crucial to modernizing the country. This month he confirmed that this model would be kept despite the global economic crisis. How can the innovative projects be supported in the dire straits of the financial crunch? We'll be talking about it with Thomas Nastas, the president and founder of Innovative Ventures Incorporated." - RTTV presenter Al Gurnov
