The new Russian President Dimitri Medvedev has vowed to cut the burdens of red tape and corruption that hinder the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises across Russia. But how much progress has been made in the fight against graft? Russia Today TV's Peter Lavelle reports

I believe the name is Gurnov as opposed to the stated Gronov.

I think Russia should start a series of large scale banking firms in the US. I think they would be more stable than most western banks and probably not charge as much interest on loans, maybe eventually have a global bank to rival the IMF, World Bank and its Extortionate rate of interest on loan to countries.
