Dnevnoy Dozor ("Day Watch"), the sequel to Nochnoy Dozor ("Night Watch") made $20 million dollars in the Russian and Eastern European movie theaters in the first 10 days since its release - reports Gazeta.Ru. The Ukrainian Rada (Congress) exercised its new Constitutional prerogative and sacked the entire cabinet of ministers. The amazing part is that no one can legally appoint a new cabinet until the end of March, when the other amendments will come in force. This decision came very unexpectedly for Victor Yuschenko, who is in Kazakhstan, attending the inauguration of Nursultan Nazarbaev.
